Eligibility and Purchase Limit
This promotional offer is available to new clients only and limited to one purchase per person.
If additional purchases are made by the same client, they will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund (minus the 5% processing fee).
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for another day and time, based on availability.
